CARY SACKS

PRESIDENT

Cary started his career as a copywriter working on McDonald’s, Toyota, ABC-TV, Knott’s Berry Farm and others at DJMC in Los Angeles. He then moved to Della Femina where he worked on Isuzu, Sheraton, Six Flaggs, Transamerica and others. Cary founded his first agency back in 1989 where he learned the importance of not just writing clever ads, but developing strategically-driven marketing campaigns that generated results. As president of ideaology, Cary splits his time between writing and working with clients to think of new ways to stay relevant and memorable.

DINO Santilli

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Dino graduated from Art Center College of Design. From Art Center, Dino landed at Ogilvy & Mather, where he worked on Microsoft, Mattel, General Mills and IBM. He continued to hone his craft at multiple agencies working on iconic brands like Carl’s Jr., Dell, Canon and BMW. He also helped launch the Infiniti brand as an art director at Hill, Holiday. In 2000, Dino co-founded ideaology with Cary. He oversees all creative development and production for ideaology, marrying his passion for great work with his relentless focus on delivering measurable results with every creative element. In his spare time (what little he has), Dino is a fine artist.
